Booking, Cancellation & Guest Policy I understand that life happens, and unexpected situations may arise. I strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, to respect both my time and that of other clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking: ⸻ Booking Accuracy & Time Management • Please ensure you are booking all services accurately. The service durations listed on my website are the most accurate and reflect the actual time needed to complete each service. • Nail Art Timing Matters: Each level of nail art (simple, moderate, detailed, or extreme) has a designated timeframe. If you plan to request more detailed art, it will require additional time. Please select the correct level or leave a note during booking so I can plan accordingly. • Failure to book services correctly may result in limited time, potential service adjustments, or the need to reschedule parts of your appointment. ⸻ Press-On Orders If you are interested in custom press-on sets, please select the “Custom Press-Ons” option and submit an inquiry online. The date you choose when booking will be the start date for when I begin working on your set. • Please allow up to two weeks turnaround time for completion. • If your set is finished earlier or your date needs to shift, I will notify you accordingly. ⸻ Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals • Same-Day Cancellations: Will incur a fee equal to 25% of the service cost. • No-Shows: Will be charged the full service fee. • Late Arrivals (15 minutes or more): Will be treated as a no-show, and the full service fee will apply unless prior notice is given. ⸻ Guest Policy While my space can comfortably accommodate one additional person, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone whenever possible.
