Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy I understand that life happens, and unexpected situations may arise. I strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, to respect both my time and that of other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. •Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 25% of the service cost. •No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify me, the full service fee will be charged. •Late Arrivals (15 minutes or more): Arriving 15 minutes late or more without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged. These policies are in place to help me manage my schedule efficiently and allow opportunities for other clients to book appointments.
