Booking, Cancellation & Guest Policies ✨ I know life happens, and I always try to be understanding and flexible when I can. Communication is very important to me, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if anything comes up. In return, I ask that clients respect my time and book thoughtfully so I can continue providing a relaxed, quality experience for everyone. Please review the following policies before booking. ✦ Guests My suite is cozy and can comfortably accommodate one additional person, but I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone whenever possible. This helps maintain a calm environment and keeps appointments running smoothly. Children who are not receiving services are kindly asked to stay home when possible so I can stay focused and ensure a safe, uninterrupted appointment for all clients. ✦ Booking Your Services Please ensure all services and add-ons are booked accurately. The service times listed online reflect the time needed to complete each appointment. • Nail art selections matter! More detailed designs require additional time. Please select the appropriate nail art tier or leave a note if you’re unsure. • Inspiration photos are always welcome! Please keep in mind that recreations may vary based on nail length, shape, and product availability. • Services booked incorrectly may need to be adjusted, simplified, or rescheduled if there is not enough time allotted. • If you are coming from another salon, have product on your nails, or need a soak-off, please be sure to book it so enough time is reserved for your appointment. ✦ Custom Press-On Orders To order a custom press-on set, please submit an inquiry using the Custom Press-Ons option online. • The date selected when booking is the date I begin working on your set.
• Please allow up to two weeks for completion.
• If your set is completed sooner or the timeline changes, I will reach out. ✦ Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals • Same-day cancellations are accepted with communication, however a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total will still apply. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to have their appointment adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day. ✦ Repairs If you experience lifting or chipping due to application, please reach out within a few days so we can discuss it. Breaks or damage caused by trauma, accidents, or normal wear may be subject to a repair fee. Thank you so much for trusting me with your nails and supporting my small business!
